It’s not always easy knowing where to start or what to say.
When is it ok to step in if I’m worried about my mate?
Immediately. If you are worried about somebody, you should ask them.
The earlier you do, the easier it will be.
Instead of waiting, hoping they can better or that somebody else will step in, you do it.
It doesn’t have to be anything dramatic, simply offering a friend an outlet and support can be enough.
Things you can do
- Don't wait if you're worried
- Remember that you are the right person
- Simply reaching out can be enough
